In the middle of June this year I had the opportunity to test the Olympus OM-D E-M5. A team of Olympus build up a booth at my university and they made the offer to test the OM-D, for two hours and for free. I took advantage of this offer and tested the camera directly on the university campus. I wanted to test such things like the menu-usability, the ease of the physical camera buttons and settings, the image and lens quality, and so on. For the background: At that time I was interested in the latest Olympus PEN, but I've never worked with an Olympus.
My first impression of the camera was: The handling of the camera is very intuitive. At once I've found every setting I wanted to adjust. So I could try out quite a few of the OM-D functions in the two hours. It was a lot of fun to shoot with this precious camera. It's really a high-end product in the M4/3 section. I will post a few sample images later.
